This bundle has 15 pieces of various widths ranging from 6.7-8-9-10-11cm to 14-14.5 cm.

One side plain, the other with waney/live edge with pieces of bark, but these will fall off over-time.

This bundle is kiln dried (10-12% MC).

Each piece of Scottish oak is completely unique. These boards have beautiful quarter-sawn markings. With natural wanes, rich colours, and distinctive grain, this timber has loads of character. It’s a premium timber, extremely hard-wearing, sought after for projects where quality and looks matter.

We have not oiled this bundle, but we recommend you do. This shows how the oil brings out the grain and shows off the deep lines in the wood. The result is a bold, natural finish that catches the eye.

This is a natural product, so some resin pockets may remain in the wood, knots may loosen over time, and a small amount of twisting/warping may still happen over time, depending on the moisture and temperature. These are normal and part of what gives oak its charm. Please see a photo of some small imperfections.
