6x Planed Solid Douglas Fir Boards

Both sides are planed, 1 side is good.  

4 thinner pieces (100mm) have live edge and still have pieces of bark, but these will fall off over-time.

2 thicker pieces (220mm) are plain.

This bundle is kiln dried (10-12% MC).

We have not oiled this bundle, but we recommend you do. This will bring out the grain and shows off the deep lines in the wood. The result is a bold, natural finish that catches the eye.

This is a natural product, so some resin pockets may remain in the wood, knots may loosen over time, and a small amount of twisting/warping may still happen over time, depending on the moisture and temperature. These are normal and part of what gives douglas fir its charm. Please see a photo of some small imperfections. The resin showing will sand off.
