This is Character grade, so knots, sap and bark may be in it.

We’ve oiled these pieces to bring out the grain and show off the deep lines in the wood. The result is a bold, natural finish that catches the eye.

This is a natural product, so some resin pockets may remain in the wood, knots may loosen over time, and a small amount of twisting/warping may still happen over time, depending on the moisture and temperature. These are normal and part of what gives oak its charm.
