This bundle is kiln dried (10-12% MC).
We have not oiled this bundle, but we recommend you do. This shows how the oil brings out the grain and shows off the deep lines in the wood. The result is a bold, natural finish.
This is a natural product, so some resin pockets may remain in the wood, knots may loosen and fall out over time, and a small amount of twisting/warping may still happen, depending on the moisture and temperature. These are normal and part of what gives oak its charm.
